DIRECTOR / CLUB MANAGER
With over 25 years of experience in childcare across a wide range of educational settings, I have dedicated my career to enhancing children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. My commitment to supporting local families extends beyond the classroom, having established youth projects and community initiatives, including an after-school club where I served as a committee member and staff liaison. Holding a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, I bring extensive expertise and a deep passion for creating high-quality, nurturing environments where children can thrive.
SHENAI BLACK
DIRECTOR /CLUB MANAGER
I have extensive experience working in a busy wraparound childcare setting, where I managed all aspects of the role with dedication and professionalism. I am deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and hold the position of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), alongside being a qualified first aider. My passion lies in ensuring that every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
